Sunday — Breakfast, General Meeting, Raffle & Wrap‑Up

Sunday began with a tasty breakfast buffet, featuring centerpieces of charming button‑filled jars acting as the base of miniature hot air balloons and helium heart balloons by Linda Graves. In a sweet gesture, Linda gifted each centerpiece to the youngest person at each table.

During the General Meeting, attendees received updates, thanked volunteers, and learned that Cathy Parke was the artist behind this year’s show button.

From 10:00 to noon, collectors enjoyed last‑minute shopping before the raffle began.

The raffle table was especially impressive this year, featuring:

  • A vintage black jacket with velvet roses and glass buttons
  • A large antique French book filled with trims and embellishments
  • Containers of buttons paired with $50 bills
  • Gift baskets
  • Jewelry
  • Themed button collections
  • Many generous donations

The room was full of laughter, cheers, and hopeful ticket‑holders — a perfect ending to the weekend.

The show wrapped up at noon as attendees packed up their treasures and said their goodbyes. It was a warm, memorable show from start to finish.
